This album has a seriously cool groove & vibe. Rudy doesn't as much drive, even though he's up front in the mix, as direct a first class group of musicians down a joyous road. I've listened to this at least 12 times so far, finding something new each time. So Freakin' Worth It! Kenneth Pyron

It is a tender tribute to the spiritual. It reminds me of musical roots older than my first memories. It comforts me and reminds me that I am never alone. boopster13

This album feels as if it could have been released in the late 50's, except for it's thoroughly modern approach. It's first class musicians working with first class material. It's been a consistent 'go-to' album since I purchased it. Kenneth Pyron
